Peripatetic Teacher of Guitar
Start date: 1 September 2025
We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic peripatetic guitar teacher to join our thriving Music Department.
This position would suit a teacher who can engage and motivate pupils from beginner to diploma level; a teacher who will challenge and champion their pupils, finding ways for them to learn and grow as individual musicians whilst feeling supported and enjoying the process. It may be beneficial if the candidate is able to offer a second instrument but is not necessary to the role.
Music plays a very significant role in the life of the School and the Department has an excellent reputation in the local area.
The role will involve teaching individual lessons to approximately eight students in the first instance, with the capacity to build up student numbers upon demand.
How to apply
Please complete the online application form. We are unable to accept CVs.
Closing date for applications is 28 June 2025.
Early applications are encouraged as the School reserves the right to interview and appoint before the closing date.
