Sir William Perkins’s School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher of Textiles and Design Technology to join our creative and collaborative Technology department on a part-time maternity cover basis from January 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and committed teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 to 5, with a particular focus on Fashion and Textiles at GCSE and A Level. Experience in Design Technology and/or Food Technology would be beneficial but is not essential.
You will work closely with the Head of Department and wider team to plan, deliver and assess an engaging and contemporary curriculum.
Our Technology department is collaborative, creative, and well established, known for its high standards and for nurturing a real love of the subject. Our students are enthusiastic and motivated, and the subject is a popular option.
